PRESIDENT OF LITHUANIA CONGRATULATES PM NARENDRA MODI WITH VICTORY

President Dalia Grybauskaitė of Lithuania, who has just been reelected for the second term of office this Sunday, has also extended her congratulations to the new Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. “I wish you every success in achieving the goals set [during your election campaign] and enhancing the security and well-being of the people of India. I strongly hope that the relationship between Lithuania and India will continue to advance and grow stronger,” writes the President in her congratulatory message.

By now all top leaders of Lithuania have congratulated the new head of India’s Government. Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius sent a letter on May 26^th and Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius posted a congratulatory message on his Twitter account.
