Diana Mickevičienė visits Centre for Baltic Culture and Studies in Haridwar

The Centre is instrumental in strengthening the existing cultural and lingvistic ties between Lithuania and India. Students from the Centre travel to Lithuania for short studies, and students and lecturers from Lithuania come to DSVV in Haridwar to learn and teach there.

Ambassador-designate and Dr. Chinmay Pandya, Pro Vice Chancellor of DSVV have agreed to further cooperation  and exchanges for the benefit of the Centre of Baltic Cultural Studies.

Asia‘s first Centre for Baltic Culture and Studies was established in the capmus of Dev Sanskriti Vishwa Vidyalaya in Haridwar on August 7, 2016 in the presence of Ambassadors from all three Baltic Countries - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, in India.
