On February 24–28, the Vice Minister of Economy and Innovation of Lithuania Karolis Žemaitis visited Hyderabad and New Delhi, where he met with local pharmaceutical and engineering companies, and government representatives, and participated in high-level economic forums. The delegation was accompanied by Elijus Čivilis, General Manager of "Invest Lithuania", Sigita Šležienė, Head of the International Affairs and Protocol Division, Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, Diana Mickevičienė, Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to India, Žymantas Mozūraitis, Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to India.
Lithuanian and Indian Ministers discussed Bilateral Science and Technology Relations.

On 27 February, Mr. Karolis Žemaitis, Vice-minister of Economy and Innovation of Lithuania called on Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Science and Technology of India to discuss bilateral cooperation in the promotion of science, technology, and innovation.
Lithuania opened an honorary consulate in Hyderabad.

Inter-Parliamentary Relations with India delegation of Lithuanian Seimas visits India

Delegation of the Inter-parliamentary Relations Group with India of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, consisting of Seimas members Mykolas Majauskas and Vytautas Gapšys, visited India on 9–14 August, 2022. The Delegation visited Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, the meetings were held with representatives of local authorities and companies.
