VILNIUS: Lithuania has informed the UN Security Council that separatists in Ukraine publicly boasted of possessing SA-11 "Buk" missile system as recently as in June with separatist commander Igor Strelkov claiming to have shot down another aircraft at the same time when the ill-fated Malaysian Airlines flight was flying over the area.
